FAM Essentials is Now its Own NonProfit

Announcement: Separation of Faith & Actions Ministry and FAM Essentials

We are pleased to announce due to the growth of FAM Essentials and the support we've received in this ministry year over year from our community, we have recently completed the separation of Faith & Actions Ministry and FAM Essentials. You'll notice a few changes:

1. Our websites now direct you to each entity separately:

   1. www.famessentials.org directs you to our local community ministry in Wilson County Tennessee including FAM Essentials Homegoods Warehouse

   2. www.faithandactions.org and www.faithandactionsministry.org directs you to our original non-profit that founded FAM Essentials and currently supports a wide variety of ministries including medical, dental, vision and humanitarian relief globally, with a special focus on Latin America and Africa.

      1. Note: We are in the process of transferring in the decades of mission trips, so the current web instance is our baseline web presence that will quickly be expanded as we get into planning additional international ministries

2. Each non-profit is now separately registered 501c(3) and has its own EIN:

   1. Faith & Actions Ministry: Original EIN of 81-2235847

   2. FAM Essentials: New EIN of 33-2870337

3. Each non-profit now has its separate email:

   1. FAM Essentials: help@famessentials.org

   2. Faith & Actions: help@faithandactions.org

4. While we have kept separate accounting while combined, we are in the process of separating all accounts and transferring the majority of contributions in the current Faith & Actions account to FAM Essentials given virtually all current funds have been directed towards our FAM Essentials ministry in Wilson County, Tennessee. Once complete in the next few weeks, all donations will drop into the appropriate charity automatically

5. We are in the process of planning our next Mission Trip. We expect it to take place in the fall and are considering Honduras. Stay tuned for an announcement.
