Follow these simple steps to apply for assistance furnishing your home:
Step 1: After confirming you meet our guidelines, complete the application. This is where you tell us why you need help and who all is in your house, so we can make sure everyone gets what they need.
Step 2: Once you've finished your application and your waiver, go through our FAM Essentials Warehouse Online Shop below and select the items you need to complete your home including the quantity of each. Remember to place everything you need on this order, because we only make one delivery per household.
Step 3: We will review your order and application and make sure we have everything we need including photos. Else, we'll reach out so watch your email and phone. Reply to any email from help@famessentials.org to contact us or provide more information. If we don't get what we need, such as photos, the order will be canceled.
Step 4: We will contact you arrange for a delivery to your location. When we come we will unbox and set everything up. Just make sure you have everything moved out of the way and cleaned before we get there.
